CO-KLINIK
VIRTUAL LAB FOR MENTAL RESILIENCE
The Co-Klinik mental health resilience lab, is a virtual educational platform for people with limited access to care.
We emphasize the importance of such knowledge for migrants, known to be one of the most vulnerable social groups in terms of access to quality care. While the project was first designed for Armenians, it is becoming available for individuals with diverse ethnic origins.
The purpose is to promote knowledge about what can be done on an individual level to stay healthy while facing adversity. However, we are currently stressing the importance of collaborative efforts in reducing the adversity of stress especially among the most vulnerable groups, such as migrants, refugees and ethnic minorities.
We are ready and willing to collaborate with organizations and individuals interested in promoting mental resilience as a value and a way of living.
